Dancing Competitively at JAMZ

Our Jamz Competition Team is regional and national champions! There are two different concentrations within the company: Tech & Crew. Both undergo extensive training. The Technical concentration focuses on the more classical styles of dance such as Ballet, Jazz, Modern and Contemporary. The Crew concentration studies Hip Hop, Breakin’, Popping, Locking, and Freestyling.

The students who participate in these programs have been personally selected by the JAMZ instructors through an audition process. These students receive numerous hours of exclusive instruction and required rehearsals. Our competitive teams are not for everyone as they are highly demanding. Only students who are seriously dedicated will be selected for this opportunity.
